In 2019, just before the pandemic. Our organisation showcased 15 exquisite floral images at the San Marino Crowell Public Library, receiving fantastic reviews. We’ve been invited back to exhibit these images once more. Lunnar New Year Festival 春節園遊會 January 28,2023 (Saturday) Lacy Park, San Marino 10 am - 2 pm

Join the San Marino community for a fun day at the park featuring performances, entertainment, games, and food. We have been invited by the San Marino Chinese Club to present “Hands on Culture, Be a Scholar for Day” 宋人四藝. In this program, we will present tea ceremony and traditional Chinese floral arranging demonstrations. There will be a workshop following these activities scheduled for 2/26/23. We invite you to come and experience the life of a Song Dynasty scholar.

Chinese New Year Celebration at Huntington Library on 2/4 & 5, 2023

Once again, the Chinese Floral Arts Foundation - USA Charter is invited to display traditional Chinese Floral Arrangements in the Chinese Garden “Liu Feng Yuan”. We will have works created by floral masters and their students on display in the Pavilion of Myriad Scenes and Refreshing Sound Corridor. A majority of floral materials are procured from the Chinese Garden.

Last year, around 15,000 visitors attended the celebration and this year we are expecting even more. Come join us and see our latest work.

March 26 & 27 Visiting the Lansu Garden “蘭蘇園”, Portland Organ

Our organization is invited by the curator, Justin Blackwell of the Lan Su Garden in spring of 2022. There will be two demonstrations on March 26 and one floral class offered on March 27. This is the first time our group travel outside of California and share the experience with another Chinese Garden in the United States.

Chinese New Year Celebration on February 5th & 6th at the Huntington Library

This is the first time Chinese Floral Arrangements will be displayed in the Chinese Garden. The arrangements will be displayed at the gate of the Chinese Garden (Liu Fang Yuan), the Star Gazing Pavilion, the Brush Flowering Library and the Corridor of Refreshing Sound. The members of the Chinese Floral Arts Foundation - USA Charter will spend all day to create a variety of artfully designed arrangements. The natural garden setting at the Huntington Library is the perfect place to see the floral arrangements in all their splendor.

The foundation has constantly provided the traditional Chinese floral arrangements at the Chinese garden (Liu Fang Yuan) of the Huntington Library. This coming celebration will be held at the north court of the Chinese garden on Thursday evening, August 26th, 2021. The participants will view the Literati style in the Flowery Brush Library, elaborate Court style, Realistic style and Expressionist style at the court yard. Don’t miss the excitement.
